Pippy Recovery Fund

We just got off the phone from the vet, and so far so good. The vet said it is still too early to make any definitive judgment call on his condition, but he did make it through surgery without any issues. I'll give more details tomorrow when we visit him.

My girlfriend and I would like to thank everyone who has shown there support already! The messages of thoughts and prayers have been overwhelming in the few hours since we posted information about Pippin's problems.

We also got a better idea of the costs for the vet visits, surgery and the hospital stay that is required.... Now, we would pay anything in the world to save our Pippy, but the costs are ridiculous!! So, despite the fear of appearing greedy and unkind, we have decided to start a "Pippy Recovery Fund" for those that wish to help with the costs of this ordeal. We have gotten a few emails from Pippy's friends expressing the wish to help, so here it is:

We have gained comfort from your emails and comments, so don't feel the need to contribute to the fund... unless you truly want to! Any help with the costs would of course be greatly appreciated.
